Hi, I shipped my belongings from London to Dubai and paid in full for a door-to-door service. Before shipping, I specifically confirmed that all costs were included, and I was told yes. However, after shipment I was asked to pay an additional £75, which I had not been informed about in advance.
I’m sharing this feedback so future customers are aware and can double-check all possible extra charges before booking. Transparency about total costs is really important, and I hope the company improves communication with customers going forward.
